Inspiring people to connect with the power and strength of living more from heart and soul

Coming up...

Talk poster - SVH 010524 Understanding Personal Power.JPG

Our next talk/discussion in Sourton (our hub) is on Wednesday 1st May, 7.00 - 8.45pm.

Our theme this month is understanding personal power from a heart and soul perspective. Conventional ideas of personal power are usually conditional and aimed at influencing/changing others in some way. For us, true personal power comes from connecting with our heart and soul and is unconditional, whereby we stand in our power with no expectation (or pressure) that other people change. We therefore create a respectful and loving space in which they have the freedom and choice to change if they choose to.

Chris and I hope you can make it to explore with us this fascinating and potentially empowering theme.

PPP - Three Stone Circles 190524.JPG
This pilgrimage takes in three stone circles that are part of an arc of seven across north-east Dartmoor. Scorhill, the best known of the three sits on the Mary (of the Michael-Mary) ley line runs all the way across southern Britain. This is a great opportunity to practice developing your awareness of earth energies.

PPP - 050524 Lustleigh Cleave.JPG
This is a circular pilgrimage immersing ourselves in the sublime beauty of Lustleigh Cleave in Springtime.  For us, this beautiful wooded valley, a little off the beaten track, is a particularly magical part of Dartmoor. It's dotted with tors and huge granite slabs and boulders, several of which provide hidden viewpoints. With the River Bovey at the bottom and with swathes of bluebells that should be at their peak, this will be an especially beautiful pilgrimage.

PPP - 160624 Two Bridges to Wistman's Wood rtn.JPG

This pilgrimage is in the heart of Dartmoor to magical Wistman's Wood, a fragment of the ancient native woodland that once covered Dartmoor. It is famous for its twisted and weathered dwarf trees, covered in mosses and lichens. We will return to Two Bridges via Beardown Tors that overlook the wood from the west. These tors have a particularly peaceful energy.

Start at the free public car park opposite Two Bridges Hotel (PL20 6SW).
There are no public toilets en route, but the Two Bridges Hotel may let you use their facilities at their discretion.
